Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy if your Filtergenius product is defective.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.Â
If you are having difficulty with installation, please reach out to us at info@filter-genius.com, and we will happily help you troubleshoot the installation.
REMARK:
- Returns due to faucet incompatibility will NOT be approved!
- Orders dispatched to the delivery company warehouse cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstance.
Damages and issues
Please follow the below guidelines to best care for your FilterGenius system:

Keep the water temperature between 5°C-38°C

Keep your water pressure under 40 KPa. Do not use the maximum pressure your faucet outputs, but just enough to the point where the pressure is still coming out of the FilterGenius system at a comfortable levelÂ
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@filter-genius.com with your order number. We'll send you a return label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
